Our School

DevFluence accelerates the training of software developers via our School and upskill your existing team (via our Courses).

DevFluence’s offerings are unique in that we provide in-person instructor led training, which is augmented with online material. Training is provided onsite or offsite at our DevFluence offices.Our school is run from DevFluence’s offices and caters for intensive hands-on training programmes for a team of software developers. Programmes are run for a minimum of three consecutive months, with a dedicated immersion period at DevFluence’s offices.

Standard Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship is designed to orientate an individual with tertiary knowledge of software development to your world of work. The programme is successful because it builds inner confidence and effectively orientates the apprentice to the application of technology, your business culture, performance expectations and your production environment.

DevFluence provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that your carefully selected apprentices will enter your workforce, prepared:

Our apprenticeship program consists of 6 months, consisting of 2 months immersion at DevFluences offices and 4 months working onsite with your team.
